The previous formula was better. Not only was it larger but it lasted way longer than the newer tubes. I still like the product but it also doesn’t absorb as quickly as the previous version. This new version melts and falls apart quicker. Please go back to the original version.

This was my second Brow Balm and I'm a bit disappointed with this one. First of all, the size is smaller (I still had my first one and the size difference was obvious), which bothered me because there was no mention of it when I purchased it. I mean, it's okay, but just be upfront with your customers! So the price actually went up considering it's a smaller product. Second, I don't know if the formula has changed, but it's leaving chunks/smudges on my eyebrows. My first one went on smoothly with no visible residue, but this one leaves small yellow blobs I now have to rub in with my fingers. Not a big deal, but annoying. And I've tried it in my different temperature settings but no change. The good news is it's still working, so I'm please and will continue to purchase.

I was diagnosed with alopecia areata in early March of this year. I began noticing more shedding in my eyebrows, so I purchased the Brow Balm & began using it almost nightly for almost a full month as soon as it arrived. Not only has it regrown the hairs I lost, but reduced the shedding a noticeable amount! My eyebrows are a pivotal piece on my face, so this was very important to me. The only critique I have is that it smells very strong (herbal) & the smell lasts a long time. I understand why this is & appreciate the choice to use natural ingredients, but just wanted to point it out bc some people can get headaches from strong scents. Otherwise- I give it two thumbs up! I have been looking for an easy, natural solution for brow growth. Although I have not seen fast significant growth since using The Brow Balm and it has been hard to really tell if they have gotten fuller, I think it is working. I do think I see a slight improvement. The product seems made with quality. It is just that any growth from the sparse brow areas seem to be almost non existent. Not faulting the product yet, as it probably takes more time and patience. I will let you know if there is more success when it happens. I want to love this, bc I love the concept of a brow 'chapstick' application vs. others, but the balm is so sticky that every time I swipe over my lashes, a lash or two come off. I even try all different presses, from light to medium to hard press swipes, and they all bring off lashes with them. This makes me worry about growth if some are coming off each time.
