Important: The time it takes to see results vary from person to person. One of the primary reasons customers may not experience results is a lackof consistency. Consistency is key to your brow growth. If you have been consistent and haven't seen results, we apologize for your dissatisfaction.
Please read through the following steps for our refund process:
1. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Refund" in the subject line.
2. In the email body, we would love to hear why you were unsatisfied with your results.
3. If the email is received within 30 days of your purchase, we will approve the refund and send you a return address. Please note that you will need to package and send back your brow balm in order to receive a refund.
4. Once we have received the product, we will process the refund. The refund amount will be the price you paid minus shipping and processing fees; we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
5. Once the refund process has begun, you can expect to see it back to your account within 7-10 days.
